Highly Educated Teachers

All of our teachers are annually trained in the highest quality practices in early childhood education through programs and professional development offered by our NAEYC Accreditation, Virginia Quality level and partnership with Virginia Beach GrowSmart.

Our lead teachers all have degrees—which range from AA and CDA to bachelor's and master's degrees. They complete 30+ hours of professional development each year, and all are trained in CPR/FA/OSHA/DHO. In addition, all administrative staff, closing and opening staff are MAT/EMAT trained.
