Sweet Love Pottery
Our "Pottery for Preschoolers" program offers young children the chance to get creative (and a little messy!) using clay. Students are taught the basics of material manipulation and design, as well as the steps involved in creating pottery. Participation in a hands-on art curriculum like SLP can help to expand a child's imagination, as well as help to develop fine motor skills, sensory development, build problem solving and critical thinking skills, and build self-esteem. Students are encouraged to express themselves by using the color, texture and design of his or her project. All materials are provided by the instructor.
