One Butterfly Can Become a Kaleidoscope

Did you know that a group of butterflies is called a kaleidoscope? Isn’t that a beautiful image? It augments our metaphor of children as butterflies to a collective of brilliant points of colored light.

The Butterfly Fund was established in 2010 to better support the programs, staff quality, enrichment and potential of Parish Day School. Since then, interest from the fund has been used to support staff training, tuition assistance, and enrichment. Additional contributions would increase the fund base and allow continued support of the school.

Your contribution can be made in honor of a teacher, family member, student, as a Teacher Appreciation Week gift, “Give 757” effort, or as an End of the Year Teacher gift. It is a tax-deductible 501(c)(3) donation. With your contribution, a butterfly will hang in the hallway of the school to recognize your generous gift and the person(s) whom you wish to honor or remember.
